Design antibody CDR loops with equivariant diffusion
DiffAb generates complementarity-determining region (CDR) sequences and structures for a given antibody-antigen complex using SE(3) equivariant diffusion on residue coordinates. It conditions on the antigen and framework to propose loops compatible with the paratope. Outputs are full CDR loop candidates ranked by learned confidence scores.
