AntiFold
Antibody sequence design from structure
AntiFold is an antibody-specific inverse folding model that designs CDR sequences to fold onto a given antibody backbone, trained on paired antibody structure data. It scores and proposes sequences with higher developability than generic models. Used to humanize, affinity-mature and redesign antibodies in silico.
