SolubleMPNN
Solubility-biased sequence design for expressible proteins
SolubleMPNN is a ProteinMPNN variant trained without membrane proteins, steering designed sequences away from hydrophobic surfaces and toward soluble expression. The practical choice when designs must purify and stay soluble — enzymes, binders and scaffolds headed for the bench. Same backbone input and constraints as ProteinMPNN, with solubility built into the prior.
SolubleMPNN is live on MolPilot — load a structure, mark what to redesign, and press Design.
