RFdiffusion2
Design enzymes from reaction mechanisms at atom resolution
RFdiffusion2 designs enzymes by conditioning generative diffusion on active-site placement, transition-state geometry and catalytic residue constraints. It produces backbones with atomically defined active sites for specified reactions. Designed catalysts for novel reactions have been validated experimentally in the originating work.
