ODesign
All-atom binder design with controlled interaction modes
ODesign is an all-atom generative world model that designs binders and complexes with explicit control over interaction modes, target sites and chain lengths. It supports protein, nucleic acid and small-molecule components in one framework. Enables programming biomolecular interactions rather than only predicting them.
