NA-MPNN
Joint design of protein and nucleic-acid sequences
NA-MPNN extends the MPNN design engine to nucleic acids, designing protein and RNA or DNA sequences jointly in a single run. Nucleic acids become full design positions rather than fixed context, enabling binders and enzymes that are co-designed with their targets. The first MPNN engine for protein–RNA and protein–DNA complexes.
NA-MPNN is live on MolPilot — load a structure, mark what to redesign, and press Design.
