DISCO
Joint sequence-structure co-design with ligand and RNA conditioning
DISCO (DIffusion for Sequence-structure CO-design) jointly generates protein sequences and 3D structures conditioned on arbitrary biomolecules, including small-molecule ligands, DNA and RNA. Joint modeling lets sequence objectives inform structure generation and vice versa. Demonstrated on binder design and new-to-nature heme enzyme catalysis.
