IQ-TREE
Maximum-likelihood phylogenetics with model selection
IQ-TREE infers maximum-likelihood phylogenetic trees with efficient heuristic searching, partition models and automated model selection by AIC or BIC criteria. It supports ultrafast bootstrap and gene concordance factors. Suitable for multi-locus and genome-scale phylogenomic analyses. A standard for publication-grade tree inference.
