fpocket
Detect pockets and score druggability
fpocket identifies putative binding pockets on protein structures using Voronoi tessellation of alpha spheres and scores them for druggability and volume. It runs on a single PDB input within seconds. Commonly used to define docking sites and assess ligandability of targets.
fpocket is live on MolPilot — paste a sequence and press Fold.
