DockQ
Continuous docking quality score for complexes
DockQ assigns a continuous quality score between 0 and 1 to protein-protein docking models by combining interface contacts, backbone RMSD and fraction of native contacts. It converts measures into CAPRI-like quality classes. The standard metric for docking benchmarks and prediction assessments.
