Sharpen and denoise cryo-EM maps with deep learning

DeepEMhancer post-processes cryo-EM density maps using a trained convolutional network that sharpens flexible regions while denoising background, mimicking expert map manipulation. It takes input maps and produces enhanced densities for model building. Improves interpretability of marginal-resolution regions.
