AlphaFlow
Generative conformational ensembles from sequence or structure
AlphaFlow frames structure prediction as a generative flow-matching process, producing diverse conformational ensembles rather than single structures. Starting from sequences or input backbones, it samples alternative states such as apo and holo forms. Useful for studying conformational change and seeding ensemble-based design.
