DynamicBind
Docking with ligand-induced conformational changes
DynamicBind predicts ligand-specific protein conformations by generating receptor sidechain and backbone adjustments during docking, capturing pocket flexibility and induced fit. It transforms rigid protein inputs into ligand-compatible conformations via an equivariant generative model. Improves docking success on flexible and cryptic pockets.
